The way it works is simple: complete an eligible activity and get rewarded with a gift card.
To get started, you’ll need to complete registration on Wellcare.Healthmine.com. There,
you’ll find a few easy steps to get your account up and running as well as the full list of eligible
activities you can be rewarded for completing.*

Earn money through the Healthy Rewards program, when you complete routine screenings and take care of yourself.
Everyone's health is a little different, so your eligible rewards may vary.
- Complete a Breast Cancer Screening and earn $40.
- Complete a Bone Density Test and earn $50
- Complete a Colorectal Screening and earn $25
- Complete a Diabetic Eye Exam and earn $25
- Complete a Kidney Screening and earn $25
- Complete a HbA1c Test and earn $25.
- Get your Flu Vaccine and earn $25.
- Go to your Annual Wellness Visit and earn $50.
Requirements for Earning Rewards
You can earn each reward once per calendar year.

Vaccine must be received during flu season (September thru March).
Your reward will depend upon the type of screening your doctor recommends. Only one test per year will be rewarded. The various screening types are as follows:
- Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
- Fecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT)
- Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT)
- Stool DNA test
